Respect - Self respect and respect for others are central to the success of Right Track Social Enterprise’s social aims. Young people are unable to achieve if their level of self respect is low. We will foster an environment where respect for staff and other participants is paramount and provide a robust system of remedial action to help those who do not initially practise this value. Responsibility – Responsibility is the key component of empowerment. Right Track Social Enterprise will ensure that all participating young people are able to take responsibility for their lifestyle. We expect all our employees to take responsibility for their own work and its impact on the achievement of our vision. Progression – Success is achieved through demonstrations of success. Right Track will ensure that all young people monitor and celebrate their own progress towards their goals whilst on our programmes. We will provide tools to enable this to continue afterwards. Staff development is of paramount importance to Right Track – we will endeavour to create a career path within the companies for employees and volunteers Commitment – Commitment is the key to achievement. We will foster an environment that will enable young people to set life goals and demonstrate early commitment to achieving these goals. We expect 100% commitment to Right Track’s social aims from all employees and volunteers. Enjoyment - Right Track Social enterprise believe learning is best achieved when lessons are enjoyable. Right Track Social Enterprise will provide enjoyable activity based training for young people which will provide a real opportunity for them to learn how to take responsibility for their own healthy lifestyle.
